IK Poncho

I'm almost finished knitting the Ostrich Plumes Poncho from IK. I LOVE this pattern. It's a little open work, with a few rows of stockinette in between, which is perfect for keeping my attention while still letting me knit about anywhere. I can't wait to finish! I think tomorrow I'm going to check out that "Finishing" class at String of Pearls. I really want this one to look nice when I'm done. Maybe I can knit for a couple hours today and finish the poncho so it's basically ready to take in and show them tomorrow. I'll do a separate post about the booties I've abandoned and the baby hat I've slaced on.
By the way, I would have finished that poncho sooner if Lydia would quit batting at my needles. She's a pain!
